I was being transferred by ambulance from CMMC to Mass General and the driver turns on the Angels/Sox playoff game on the radio, and Jason Bay goes yard. As I was being checked in, my roomie, his family and a couple nurses are gathered around the TV watching the game. I'm craning my neck so I can catch it too as my nurse is trying to check me in. Sure, I had a brain tumor that needed operating, but the Sox were on!
