have them cut down to the fence line, then trim them every month. Today, one of the neighbors cut vines in their own yard and threw the clippings into our yard. I guess they were upset that the gardeners' trimming resulted in some our clippings falling into their yard. I don't know whether to laugh or throw a brick over the fence. ;-)
