Fair enough.

Just remember that most Chinese food uses the meat as a small edition to the meal and they focus of fresh veggies. Avoid stuff that's breaded--sweet and sour chicken, pork, shrimp, etc. Get stuff like beef and broccoli in brown sauce or shrimp and snowpeas in white sauce, you'll even have enough left over for breakfast. :")
