speaking of baklava ... a few years ago Hagen Daz had an ice cream contest - I always thought Baklava would be a great option ...

made with chunks of baklava (made with pistachio nuts - not the walnut kind) and really good ice cream with ribbons of real honey through it ... one of the really nice honey's though - not like the fake stuff. I just think that would be so yummy ... especially when you let it get soft like they recommend on the packaging.
