ST Cheese Poll -- What kind(s) of cheese do you currently have sitting in your fridge?

about a third of a wedge of gouda, some slices of Kraft 2% white american singles -- although I'm not entirely conviced those count as cheese, about half a container of grated parmesan, and a couple ounces of crumbled feta.
