Got another bizarre offer for my already rented out bedroom

"I can do home repairs and improvements as I once worked for Lows as a customer service rep. I can cook (very well) and would be interested in providing any services in lieu of sex (since ur have no interest). I am a 21 year old Hispanic male. I am str8 but would be willing to provide sexual services to both men and women in lieu of saving money. As a currently college grad and grad student, I have accumulated much debt which requires me to pay off immediately. I know I am able to completely satisfy whomever at a cost that can save me plenty and make you extremely happy."

Even after I told him the room wasn't available AND I wasn't interested in a sex for rent arrangement, he's still pushing it. Maybe he thinks I'd prefer a roommate I was having sex with than a roommate I'm not having sex with, but then I'm not sure what goes through people's minds about this stuff.
