I've become a bigger fan of such things. Substances that bring both parts heat and flavor.

Our flame thrower sauce at Pizza Hut / Wing Street only brings heat.
Mild, only a vinagary taste.
A mixture of the medium with something else like Honey or Spicy BBQ really does a good job but costs extra.
