I've long been a proponent of day baseball, and make no bones about wanting a good product over a popular one.

Start times of 4pm Eastern are just fine. Allows plenty of time for travel. My opinion is that the postseason should determine who is the better team using the same metric as the regular season. It's clearly not that way now. The only way to make sure of it is to make it as much like the regular season as possible. Absolutely a test of a 4-man rotation is far superior to that of a 3-man. And I believe it's a fallacy to think that no one would watch a day game, but like I said, I don't care so much about that aspect.
