Not last night, but a couple of nights ago I had a dream I was in a room with a group of people

We were all looking at a metal door. The frame around the door had been scratched and gnawed to shit - something had tried desperately to get into the room. We looked through the grate/window in the door and saw an eye and realized that was in the room was far worse than what had tried to get in.
Then I woke up.
I have no idea what that is supposed to mean.
