In response to "chili is done, Max. Now send the waitress over -- nm" by CQ

i've decided to do a chili tonight with 'what's in the cupboard'...

it's going to be black beans, tomatoes, quinoa, a bit of left over ground beef, red and yellow peppers, onion, garlic, maybe even some celery, with chili seasonings (i use cumin as the base, then add the chili powder, hot peppers, etc from there.)

i'm interested to see what my pseudo vegetarian (but with meat) chili turns out...
