I doubt it. That is one of the things that bug me about it.

All the simulations that I've read or seen where the shooting is made either have static targets or no time factor. An absolute recreation of the shooting with a moving target, the exact rifle and scope would show Oswald to be an incredible marksman or extremely lucky on that day. I can't absolutely rule out extremely lucky.
I read a book years ago by a former Mossad agent. It was supposedly the first real inside look at the Mossad, but the Israeli government has disavowed it as fiction. One of the things the former Mossad agent wrote was that the Mossad was absolutely fascinated by the assassination. They were fascinated to the point where they built a replica of Dealy Plaza and got the equipment used on that day. And according to the book, not one single Israeli sniper could replicate Oswald's shooting.
