I would certainly be leaning towards the notion that Oswald didn't act alone, but the implications of that are enormous.

One of them being, that to create such a massive whitewash could only be accomplished by the US government and its military forces. Which is to say, that if that was the case, the US was taken over on that fateful day by the military industrial complex with there being no evidence in the years since then that they have given up control, such that the USA of 2009 is ruled by a de facto military dictatorship.
