That's a micro-behavior.....guarding the high-value prisoner is a macro-behavior.

Will Hunting in 2000 would see the value of airport security screenings; maybe not the nuances, but the concept.
Especially if I heard the bosses saying just prior to 2000, "We've been told people want to attack the airlines." as this documentary showed these guys saying hours before Jack Ruby walked up and put a gun in Oswald's belly.
