IMO...I think those travel advisaries are WAY overblown as a "cover our ass" thing by the US. nm

Not saying it doesn't happen...I'm just saying I don't think you have to be scared to go overseas because you may be kidnapped, killed or anything else.
If you don't like people begging for money and stuff like that...I sure hope you don't plan to go to Chicago, New York, New Orleans and any other large city in America either.
I say if you want to go...by all means...fucking go. Just plan your trip really well and make sure you know the places to stay away from before you get there.
Do a little research and have a fucking awesome adventure.
