Heaven and hell are like trajectories your soul is on. Heaven is knowing the existence of God and trying as much as you can to align your live with how he has taught us to live. Hell is knowing the existence of God but being separated by your own choosing not to live that life.

Heaven on earth is reality and brought about every time we do something that is aligned with God.
