I have yet to use a spy. I just go in loaded for bear each time.

As I type this I am doing the mega warehouse upgrades with the idea of eventually getting that mythical 9th city. Barges would be sweet. I had really hoped for a miracle for this. WTF, we get a double protection but not storage?
