Slicker Clickers! I need some photography advice.

My new camera is here! I bought a new Pentax from Costco (link below). This is my first serious camera.

Now, I need to brush up on all the 'photo theory' info that I have forgotten since my photography classes in college. F-Stops and ISO and focal points, etc. Can you recommend a book or website?
