If the feeds come directly from Mafia Wars, you have that option to "Ignore Mafia Wars". If she's typing it directly, all you get is "Ignore Stacy".

But honestly, what Stacy-generated post *doesn't* involve Mafia Wars? Blocking her posts does the same thing, really.
