all over the country where there is no doubt at all that the accused/convicted is guilty. Whether it be because he was caught...or because he confessed.
For these cases...if their crime was heinous enough to earn them the death penalty...and you KNOW they did it...I don't see the need for the 10-15 years of appeals.
In my mind, I'm thinking there would be less actual death sentences...but they'd be carried out asap.
