I am done discussing this today.
Let's just say that I believe that your comments are valid. I do not entirely disagree with any of you.
I think the court system needs an overhaul. Trials need to be done right, the first time, eliminating unnecessary appeals, and reducing the number of mis-trials and appealable infractions during the case.
I also believe that there is a place for the death penalty, but it is determined on a case by case basis, not defined by a line in a book.
