i had to delay some dental work due to hip surgery (still have to take antibiotics before/after dental work for some time because of that, too) - i need to try to work them in before the end of the year. ugh.
b.'s dental work tip: pressing nails into thumb or other fingers and focusing on that can help take away some of the hyperfocus on what they're doing in the mouth. just remember to change them up every so often. ;) -
