Here's the rub with that...if you make denials illegal...you open a completely new can of worms.

if you think the whole "ER as a family Dr." issue is big now...imagine if the Ins Co's couldn't deny this shit?

And believe me, enough people would abuse this that many companies would likely have to shut down.

This is why the problem is so tough to tackle...you can't really just start with one part and then work on the rest later. You have to tackle the entire issue all at once or it could be disastrous.
