I wouldn't go "head and shoulders."

6-8 have at least 1 loss each, with two of them having two losses. Pittsburgh even has losses to the two teams right below them. The Patriots are a fumble and some bad officiating plus a bad drop away from their record being reversed. #3 is a missed FG better than #11.
I'll give you that the Saints and Indy seem to be head and shoulders above the rest of the league.
