note, I havent played fallout3. But I think this game is somewhat comparable.

yes the graphics are a little silly for people, but after a while, you get used to it (took maybe 20 mins for me). I also think the ability to dynamically join and leave parties with friends is awesome, but I wish they did something better with weapon drops.
