the opening shot of Jennifer in a bikini was superfluous to the show, and appreciated

Team Blue had a performance that was well below their capabilities. Once again, the caveats on Top Chef of do one dish exceptionally rather than two dishes just okay applies. Team Blue should have split the courses rather than have one chef be responsible for both dishes in a single course, to make that work.

Also, dessert seems to be a big bugaboo. If you do a dessert, you get hammered if you don't pull it off. If you opt to not do a dessert, the judges bitch about it.

Team Red had the worst damn restaurant name in history.
