As much as I love her, Jennifer should have gone home last night. Her mistakes even directly impacted the reasons why Laurine was sent home. If the food had been out, Laurine still wouldn't have been good with people, but she got dinged for doing little to cover for the food gaps.

What I love about Restaurant Wars is that a contestant like Kevin can be dominating right up until that moment. Then, you start to worry he's getting voted off that night. Two of the best three chefs in the competition were in serious danger in that episode while the worst contestant by far offered up her best dish to date. It's an equalizer event.
