I made this dish last night with chicken/pasta/garlic/olive oil/broccoli/parmesan cheese, and a *lot* of onion and garlic powder. Last night the

taste of the garlic and onion powders was so overpowering, I thought I was going to have to throw it away.

I brought it for lunch today - and it was so delicious, I can't wait to try it again.

I wonder why it didn't taste as strong today.
