it totally is. I'm frustrated in my new hotel by the lack of personal service. I was so spoiled in manchester.

since I fly the same route every week, I know my airport personnel and avis staff. I am so sad to have to re-estabish at PWM.
I feel like people take pride in their work more if you notice that they do at all.
