Secretly creating a flu virus and then letting it kill everyone who doesn't have the sense to get vaccinated is the kind of conspiracy I can get behind! Wipe out a generation of conspiracy theorists (however correct they turn out to be) and ignoramuses in one flu season. That's Empire thinking, right there.
