Barry Bonds in the 2002 NLDS and NLCS had 4 homers, 10 RBIs, an OBP of .500 and .786 slugging for an OPS of 1.286. ARod is currently sitting at 5 homers, 11 RBIs, an OBP of .469 and a jaw-dropping slugging percentage of 1 for an OPS of...wait for it...1.469. So, simply by introducing Bonds' 2002 season into the equation, you ceded the point.
