Microsoft Security Essentials
Firefox (and don't get me started on the add-ons!)
WinDirStat
Picasa (great replacement for the built-in Windows picture viewer)
Photo Resizer (like the old photo resizing power toy - http://sourceforge.net/projects/phototoysclone/)
WizMouse (changes the mouse focus to whatever window your pointer is hovering over - http://antibody-software.com/web/software/software/wizmouse-makes-your-mouse-wheel-work-on-the-window-under-the-mouse/)
