I drooped my blue sniper for a plain old sniper which had 2x the damages and 50% extra clip. it just didnt have the ability to catch people on fire.
Responses:
I am pretty much exclusively using weapons that have elemental effects. Sometimes the extra damage isn't worth it imo. -- nm
