I know. I think he could have gotten her to do it if he'd taken a different approach. If he'd said something like, "Look, I'll go first so you can see that it's safe. It will be a four-second trip down and you can close your eyes the whole time. I'll be right there when you land at the bottom."
The berating and yelling and pushing just wasn't the way to go.
