Has anyone had to wait a while (say, over a month) to receive tickets from Ticketmaster?

I ordered my tickets over a month ago - supposedly they were shipped last Tuesday but I have yet to receive them.

Not really worried yet, but it is strange that I've had to wait this long. Usually I get my Ticketmaster tix within 2 weeks of placing an order.
