I know but I'm thinking that a lot of people aren't going to be interested in a "green" car unless it's also fun to drive.

A lot of the electric car "junior" companies right now are limited to the same licensing structure as scooters.

It's a safety/liability/insurance thing. Historically, fan-built electric cars were ... lacking in many of the safety features common in mainstream
