Not necessarily. 5 years ago, my fiscal score was right around 50.

I know that it went down to less than half of that solely based on the faux war in Iraq. This includes the fiscal improprieties, the awarding of contracts to "favored" companies", the lack of any real progress in rebuilding the infrastructure, and most of all, the loss of all those lives (American, coalition, and Iraqui) without anything to show for it.
