NY-23: Republican nominee Dede Scozzafava suspends campaign three days before election day, NRCC to endorse Conservative candidate Hoffman.

Scozzafava has not endorsed either Hoffman nor Democrat Bill Owens. Recent polls had shown her placing a distant third and that it was close race between the other two candidates.

If Hoffman wins, far right teabaggers will run everywhere in 2010, and look for them to primary moderate GOP candidates too.
