It's only going to get worse if Snyder and Jerry Jones have their way.

I think Snyder is with Jones in wanting the cap to go away. No cap means no floor. So the cheap teams will probably get cheaper. And the bad teams will be reluctant, and perhaps financially unable, to spend much money improving their teams.
