They throw in Discovery Channel (which I LOVE) and WGN. I pay 8 dollars a month to get all that. Once I get my finances in order I will look ya up :)

Now! If you have some tips on how to refinance my first and second mortgage (I have a VA loan on my first second is with B of A who acquired Countrywide) I am all ears!

My credit score is over 720, but my debt to income ratio is horrid which is what is killing me. There has to be some Government plan for me someplace, but I can't seem to find it.
