I'm working on my autobiography (finally) more for me than NaNo. 1720 pages so far and will probably have another 1,000 or so by bedtime.

I figure if I work on it now as a 'stream of conscience' work, I can go back later and flesh it out/confirm the details. I'm realizing how much I've forgotten over the years - what was the name of my mom's 4th brother? - so it's even more important that I get it written down.
Ultimately I have all kinds of photos that can also be included.
