I'm not sure that it's physically possible for a candidate to do less to win an election than Deeds did.
McDonnell's paper coming to light should have been the extra point for Deeds. Instead, that's the one thing that Deeds' camp talked about.
I'm still surprised this bozo ended up winning the primary as easily as he did.
