usually they're trying to get up the courage to ask if you wanna go do something sometime - like maybe hang out.

quit being such a judgemental hater! men *are* the weaker, more clueless sex.

let them down gently. a little kindness goes a long way. if that doesn't work we can see about a restraining order. you do have friends that are lawyers don't you?
