The Wii is currently as close as you can get to keyboard/mouse on a console.

I don't know what you mean by "mouselook", but I was a bit worried that I wouldn't like the targeting in RE, but I quickly found it to be great.

on a PC, the mouse controls the center point of the screen (the reticule) - moving the mouse moves the player's head.

The only drawback to the RE controls, afaicr, is the inability to "strafe".
