The Wii is currently as close as you can get to keyboard/mouse on a console.

You still only have the analog stick for movement, which isn't as good as WASD and the mouse, but the aiming itself is spot on. Instead of aiming with an analog stick, which provides horrible accuracy, you're simply pointing the remote at the screen and the reticle shows up exactly where you want it.
