I don't know what you mean by "mouselook", but I was a bit worried that I wouldn't like the targeting in RE, but I quickly found it to be great.

It took about 5 minutes to get a good feel for the targeting.

I can understand that if you're used to keyboard that it's different, but I can't imagine moreso than using a console controller targeting system.
