I believe it's the same type of meat in gyros. It's like a cylinder of meat, placed vertically on a rotating spit and they cut off the meat. -- nm

For me, I'd need to eat *a lot* of it before the sweetness was too much. I'm really having a hard time trying to come up with a way to describe it. -- nm
