Here's some tips having just been through this in college

1. Mingle with all of the potential employee representatives. There is a good chance that your interviewer and other people responsible for the interview process will be there. Try and meet everyone.
2. Ask them questions. This is huge. It shows you are interested in the company, and if you have some knowledge about them, it shows you care. Ask them what got them started in their line of work. What do they like about the company, etc. This can also help you to talk about yourself during the conversation.
I always asked "What they like about the company." 'Why they chose X company" How is the work life balance etc.
3. Obviously dinner manners are huge.
4. When leaving, thank the people you spoke with and mention you are excited to speak to them again tomorrow (or whenever interview is).
