the career fair reduces my homework-available time by over a day, when we consider driving time.

I don't have a job, no. but I'm hedging my bets by applying to school, and that's going pretty well.

I also have a *huge* essay for a fellowship to write that's becoming more and more urgent as days pass. if I stay home, I could write that.

I paid $275 to attend the conference. twenty pages of paper that are due sunday night by ten are for a three credit class (most are two credits), so a bad grade could *kill* my GPA (currently 3.74). the professors for that class reduce grade by 15% for every late day. the paper is worth 50% of my final grade. I have about an A- walking into it.
