they, mostly, adopted the Tuesday release model some 5+ yrs ago.

nintendo does like doing sunday releases. the Playstation store (on the ps3) updates on Thursdays. the Xbox marketplace has major updates on Thursday.

but Dlc material is usually the middle of the week.
