So how long should I wait before I call the Nissan dealer with a 'final' offer?

He told me the sticker price was $3,000 over invoice and he'd split that with me. I'm wondering if I can push for more of that. There's a rebate, but only if you're willing to accept 6.9% 72month financing. I'm hoping for 2.9% for 60 months - if they can approve my credit under current circumstances (no current income).
Maybe I should just buy a bicycle :/
